Shane Vallot
Meet the mastermind behind Ça C’èst Bon’s delicious cuisine – Shane Vallot, a former UL Ragin’ Cajuns football player. He brings his love of competition and drive for excellence to the kitchen, crafting innovative dishes with a modern twist on classic Cajun favorites. With a background in the culinary arts and a passion for Cajun cuisine, Shane has taken the food scene in Lafayette by storm.
You may recognize him as the former center, sporting #64 from 2017-2021, for the Ragin’ Cajuns. He was recognized for his talent, earning several accolades including 2021 Sun Belt Second Team Offense and 2021 Rimington Trophy Watch List.
